At Powerlook, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any item within 7 days of delivery, provided it is in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
Initiate Request
Log in to your Powerlook account, navigate to the 'My Orders' section, and select the item you wish to return or exchange to submit your request.
Quality Inspection
Ensure the garment is unwashed and has all the original packaging intact; our courier partner will perform a quick surface check during the pickup process.
Reverse Pickup
Once your request is approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your registered address within 24 to 48 business hours.
Refund or Exchange Processing
After the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality control, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or your replacement item will be shipped immediately.
